Presenting Issues: New mum, Panic & anxiety attacks around leaving the house, Eczema, Nail biting, Overweight, No energy


Facilitation Results:
Using hypnotherapy, EFT and mind tools Jane allowed the emotional pain release of grief and loss of potential, once this pain started to move, she became more aware of the triggers of her panic. She learned to really listen to the emotions and reactions before the anxiety took over as a physical symptoms. As her anxiety lowered on a physical level she was able to action proactive planning of actions that supported her self esteem.
Jane began to see the link between her low self esteem and the results in her physical body and how that then effected her confidence and expression around people.
Once Jane started to see how she really thought about herself then impacted on how she treated herself, what she said to herself, what she ate and what she thought about what she ate.
She was motivated through hypnosis to start exercise, first by walking and finding time to make it happen for herself. Practical strategies were also introduced into Jane’s life to work around her family and baby. i.e. If it was raining, then Jane would have a list of optional activities to move her body.
Jane opened herself up to releasing limiting beliefs in her subconscious around her body image and began to love herself more everyday, which then lead to her choosing to take better care of herself.
At the last visit, Jane was losing 1 kilo per week and was seeing a major difference in her clothes, skin and energy levels.
