Trained healer, counsellor, therapist, it is my life’s work to touch higher realms and connect with the Divine source of life and love in order to facilitate profound positive shifts in those who are asking. These shifts will occur on any level of your being; physical, mental, emotional, soul, spiritual and psychic.
Whatever the challenge; relationships, self love, esteem, health, difficult circumstances, life purpose, manifesting your desires, resolving conflict and power struggles, financial stress, speaking your truth, trauma & grief, depression, addictions, business or career dynamics, sexual expression, karma, communication, psychic awareness and clearings, self awareness and creative expression.
From small to HUGE shifts, with loving clarity I will quickly en-lighten your heart and soul with insight; this is what it means to light and love. Depending on where you are and what you need, I read your unconscious, conscious mind, psychic frequencies, emotional body, heart; emotional and higher heart, higher self and your guides to relate to where you are at and utilise strategies and modalities appropriate for you now to reclaim your power.
I’m here to make sense of it all with you, to reflect back like a deep soul friend to you without fear of judgement or ridicule. There is a gift – a paradox, in each life moment that presents difficulty. You are not alone, even though you came in alone and will leave alone. We are here to discover ourselves through others and our connections. The blessing of this life is that we need others to grow, heal and love. I’m a mentor committed to supporting and holding safe space and grace for you in the light and dark times. You will not find personal truth outside yourself; you will find it within by connecting with your authentic self.
I have experienced countless personal transformations and have much wisdom and experience to share. The journey takes self love, compassion, grace and courage and soul friendship. My wish for you is to know you are loved, unique and a valuable part of the fabric and evolution of the earth.
My favourite poet, philosopher and scholar John O’Donohue speaks beautifully about this level of friendship as understood by the Celtic Tradition. An old Gaelic term for ‘Soul Friend’ is anam cara. Originally in the Celtic Church, this originally referred to a spiritual teacher to whom you confessed the hidden intimacies of your life. “This friendship was a act of recognition and belonging”, he says. “When you had an anam cara your friendship cut across all convention, morality and category. You were joined in an ancient and eternal way”. With anam cara, you are “understood as you are without mask or pretension. Love allows understanding to dawn and understanding is precious. When you are understood, you are home and feel free to release yourself into the trust and shelter of the other person’s soul”.
I read you, see and feel what you do not yet recognise, and inspire you with courage and self love to continue moving forward from past conditioning and fear. My work is not predictive but empowering. There is destiny and there is also choice in every moment. The future is not fixed, it is fluid. You know you and how your life is. I do support you to unlock where your energy is blocked and locked, so that you can be back in flow of your life.
