How to Get What You Want Out Of Life
The gift of Forgiveness for you….
Hurt, Resentment and Grievances are energy. Negative energy that create negative emotions. Letting go and Forgiving from your Heart will change your internal state even at stressful times.
When we are not able to forgive, it is like we are drinking poison and yet wanting the other person to hurt.....
Forgiveness is a GIFT to you and them.
Read through this section fully first, then come back and to here and start the process….
How to Forgive from the Heart:
- Let your heart feel a memory of love from the past, present or future (like that of the unconditional love for a child or lover)
- Allow the warmth and buzz of love move through your body and out beyond you to that person
- Imagine your can Open up your Heart, to feel the love more…..
- Now that your Heart is open…bring a small version of yourself (like a shrink doll) into your Heart..and feel the love and acceptance.
- Let your symbolic arms reach around you (the little version) and HUG you. Really HUG…
- Melt into this….and exhale fully, to let go of what you have been consciously or unconsciously hanging onto…
- Now effortlessly forgive yourself, your mind, your sabotages, all the parts of you…..all the guilt… all the emotions. Let it all go.
- Can you now shrink the other person in your life (who is teaching you something about yourself) and forgive them?….just forgive them for all that they do or don’t do that hurts you or offends you…
- Look for the teaching and meaning that they bring to your life….Even the most perceived negative situation has an insight for you. Let the colour Green envelope you both...
- Let the love flow out of your heart and out to them. Release them…..from the negative connection they have with you
- Breathe. Breath. Breathe some more
- Lay down for a while afterwards and be kind to yourself
- Do this process daily, as a gift to yourself
